Rondineto Chard – Pinot Blend – Intense nose, bestowing fruity scents of pear, apple and plum together with floral notes of broom and acacia. Dry, fruity palate, fresh and sapid. This wine has a good structure and a lengthy persistence with hint of almonds.

Hess Shirtail Chardonnay – Floral notes, with aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, apple and undertones of citrus and tropical fruits share the stage with balanced acidity and a rich touch of viscosity in the mouthfeel.

Black Beret Pinot Noir – A very distinctive and immediately enjoyable Pinot Noir, this is a very juicy, raspberryish, cherryish wine with hints of strawberry and oak and a refreshing note of pepper.

Nicolas Cabernet Sauvignon – Red brick color, with black fruit and blackberry aromas. Toasted notes with a hint of herbs. Nice finish with smooth and dry tannins.

Inkberry – Shiraz Cabernet – Ripe, rich blackberries and dark plums lift out of the glass. The plump fruit is underscored by touches of spice. Juicy blackcurrants and dark berries abound on the palate. The sweet fruit combines with bright, peppery savory character s to create a well-balanced, full-bodied and truly satisfying wine.

Snoqualmie Red Blend – “Rich aromas of black berries and cherries are accented by hints of herb in this Bordeaux-style blend. The palate is full of the same black fruit flavors complemented by soft supple tannins and rich, sweet oak.”

La Quercia Montepulciano – The concentration is staggering. Aromatics are intoxicating. The length is full, persistent, very long. This is a very serious red from a region that is on the rise. Balance here is remarkable, and there is a lot to balance!
